Baby Rabbits

 

We have six baby bunnies.  They drink milk from their mommy.  They weighed 2 ounces.  They were born on April 25.  That was my dad's birthday!

Goldfish

  

It is a kind of fish.  It is cald a goldfish because of its gold color.

They live in ponds and rivers.  My goldfish live in a little pond in my backyard.

Goldfish eat fish food, froot, vechtabls, and bugs.

Naming Rabbits

 

These are our rabbits.  Two of them are new.  The other one -- we never thought of a name for him.  Can you help us name them? 

They love carrots.  They love people.  And celery. 

We're going to do a contest on the family blog and whoever thinks of a name we use will get a prize.

Today I am bracking the ice in the chickens water thing. they were very therstey.

Rooster

 

Cricket is a rooster. 

We bought him when he was really little, 'cause he was really cute.  For a long time, we thought he was not a rooster, because my Grandma and Grandpa gave me a chicken book, and he didn't look like the roosters in there.  Also, he didn't crow or have a comb. 

Now he is four months old.  My Mommy and my brother Keandre heard him trying to crow on Sunday when they were resting.  Keandre thought it was Brooklyn, but my Mommy got up and saw Cricket crowing.  He did it three times.  But he hasn't done it since then. 

I wish Cricket wasn't a rooster, and that he wouldn't crow.  I want to keep him.  When I see pictures of him as a baby, I get really sad.  Now we have to find a new home for him. 

Do you want Cricket?  I hope we find a new home where I can visit him sometimes. 

He is free, and we'll give you some food, too.  If you put him in a dark cage at night, he won't crow in the morning until you uncover the box.

My Daddy Feeding the Chickens

 

   

This is my Daddy.  He is feeding the chickens.  We have seven chickens. They're a lot bigger now.  They are 3 months old.  They will lay eggs in three more months.  

Our chicken's names are Butternut, Clementine, Cricket, Zinnia, Sweet, Noodle, and Blossom. 

Do you have any chickens?  Have you ever wanted to have chickens?

The chickies are in our rabbit hutch right now, but our rabbit doesn't sleep in it right now.

Brooklyn is touching Clementine, my smaller chickie.

These are chicks.  We got them at Pratt's.  Pratt's is a pet store and feed store.  It is far away from our house.  We bought four kinds of chickies.  Ameracauna, Cukoo Marans, Red Rocks, and a rooster, but we don't know what kind it is.  He is yellow.  The others are brown and black.  We have seven chicks.  In a few months, we'll take the rooster back or sell him on Craigslist when he starts crowing.

This is Darius. He is the largest rabbit in the world. He waes 50 pounds! Rabbits usually wae 4 -8 pounds .

Darius is 4 feet 3 inches long. other rabbits are usually 8 - 20 inches long.

Pizza Night

I made a pizza.  We made pizza doueh.  We baked it. 

On the bottom of the cerust there were bumps.  It waz yumee.

Going to Auntie Annie's

One day I was going to Auntie Annie's house to play in their play pool.  I got my towel and swimsuit.  Mommy said to go get a bag. 

So I got a HUGE bag. 

So then she said to go get a smaller bag. 
But she said that was too small. 

So then I got the perfect size bag. 

Bunny Tearing Threads out of a Towel

One evening me and Chez went in bunny's corral to hold bunny and he ran in his hutch.  So we put a line of pods and the next day I saw him eating the last pod in the line.  A couple days later, I was holding bunny and I didn't watch him for a minute or two and he started scratching the towel to make wrinkles and then he started tearing the threads out and eating them!
